WillowFlow is strengthening its network of national-level security professionals in South Sudan.
We are inviting experienced South Sudanese advisors who have supported humanitarian safety and access efforts to join our Talent Pool.
This is not a vacancy for a single role, but an opportunity to be part of a trusted group of professionals we may contact for future assignments, deployments, and advisory work, both within South Sudan and internationally.
Who should consider joining?
We welcome expressions of interest from individuals who:
- Are South Sudanese nationals
- Have at least two years’ practical experience in safety, access, or risk coordination
- Have worked with national NGOs, international organisations, UN agencies, or community-led initiatives
- Possess a strong understanding of local dynamics, community engagement, and operational risks
- Are comfortable advising, coordinating, or leading safety and access efforts
- Are open to short-term, remote, field-based, or international engagements
