Willowflow is inviting experienced professionals in social services to join our Talent Pool.

Who should apply?
We are looking for applicants with demonstrated experience in:
Social services delivery and reform, particularly in relation to:
- Integrated care models
- Case management and referral systems
- Community-based social work
- Institutional and residential care alternatives
- Support services for vulnerable groups
Applicants with relevant experience in refugee/IDP support, disability inclusion, child and family services, or older persons’ care are especially encouraged to apply.
We would love to know if you have experience in cross-cutting issues such as:
- Gender equality and women’s empowerment, disability, LGBTQI+ and minority rights and inclusion
- Demographic change
- Climate-responsive service design
- Adaptive and shock-responsive programming
